🛍️ Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

• Items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

• For custom or made-to-order products (e.g. wigs, bespoke items), expect a production time of up to 7 business days after ordering.

🇦🇺 Domestic (Australia‑wide) Shipping

• Shipping Options & Rates:

  • Standard (via Australia Post):

    • Free for orders over A$75

    • Flat rate of A$9.99 for orders under A$75

  • Express Courier: Available upon request; additional cost applies (e.g. A$12‑15).

• Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide): 2–4 business days

  • Regional or remote areas: 4–7 business days (may be longer depending on volume and weather conditions) 

🌏 International Shipping

• We ship globally using DHL Express or Australia Post International where available.

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and courier.

• Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in their country Wigs by FBPWebsitePolicies.

📦 Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking details.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active in some systems 

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or other military addresses.

  • Locations outside courier coverage.

• Some items (e.g. flammable cosmetics, aerosols) may be subject to restrictions or require specific handling methods.

🔄 Cancellations, Changes & Lost/Damaged Orders

• Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number and images if applicable.

• We will work with the courier for resolution and may replace or refund items at our discretion.

📅 Special Circumstances

• During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events) or in the event of external disruptions (e.g. weather, industrial action), processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
